- Spirulina Oats (Vegan, Gluten Free) -

Giving your classic oats a little twist and punching in a ton of nutrition by adding a teaspoon of spirulina. Top with fruits, maple syrup, nuts or kamut (which is what I added) so that the taste of spirulina isn’t too strong. Enjoy!

Vegan, Gluten Free

Recipe:

Makes 2 servings

Ingredients:

  • 50g of Gluten free oats

  • Around 30ml of Plant based milk (I used soya milk)

  • 1½ teaspoon of Spirulina powder

  • Fruits / maple syrup / nuts / kamut

  1. Cook the gluten free oats with some plant based milk, add more or less milk according to how you like your oats

  2. Add the spirulina oats, mix, cook until the oats are done.

  3. Top with your toppings and don’t forget to take a picture :P
