- Chia Seed Pudding -

Sharing a basic chia seed pudding because there are times where we just want a quick simple breakfast / snack that takes less than 5mins to make. You can make this the night before or a few hours ahead. You can top with whatever fruits you have, almond butter, or cacao!

Gluten Free, Vegan

Recipe:

Makes 1 Serving

Ingredients:

  • 40g of Gluten Free Rolled Oats

  • 20g of Chia Seeds

  • 125ml of Sugar Free Soya Milk

  • Strawberries

  • Figs

  • Blueberries

  • Maple Syrup

  1. Add the gluten free rolled oats to a cup then the chia seeds.

  2. Add the soya milk.

  3. Cover and put in the fridge.

  4. When the chia seeds have set, add fruits and some maple syrup.
