- Earthy Yoghurt Bowl (With Raiz The Bar Chocolate) -
I say, it’s never too early for chocolate. Picked up the ‘Passionate Me’ chocolate filled with raspberry, rose, and acai from Raiz the Bar. I finally decided to try the chocolate from Raiz the Bar (I have a hard time controlling my appetite around chocolate, so I tend to not buy it unless it’s in a small serving size) and it’s amazing! Although, I did finish this in 3 days with my sister (an improvement from my usual 1-2days) I don’t feel the guilt that normally comes with eating chocolate. I think it’s because there are no refined sugar, dairy, gluten, soy, peanuts or GMO present. So good for your body! Also, the chocolate is organic, cold-processed, ethically sourced and all plant based! I can’t believe it. With how delicious it tastes, I can’t wrap my mind around the fact that everything is plant based and good for you. Here’s to my new favourite chocolate bar! I might also pick up the Authentic chocolate next time and see if it’ll beat my all time love, 90% dark chocolate from Lindt.
Put the chocolate with fruits on top of the mixed yoghurt, oats, cinnamon and maple syrup and you’ve got yourself a bowl of heaven that’s nutritious and delicious. Vegan
Recipe:
Makes 1 huge portion (2 regular sized portions)
Ingredients
130g of Soya Yoghurt
50ml of Unsweetened Soya Milk
40g of Gluten Free Rolled Oats
Some Cinnamon
Drizzle of Maple Syrup
1 banana
½ a Dragon Fruit
Dried blueberries
Raiz the Bar Raspberry Rose Acai Chocolate
Chia Seeds
Shaved Coconut
Mix the oats, yoghurt, soya milk, cinnamon, and maple syrup in a bowl. You can add more cinnamon if you like but try not to add too much maple syrup as the fruits will be sweet enough.
Slice the banana and dragon fruit, place on top of the mixed oats and yoghurt.
Break the chocolate into small chunks, place on top of the mixed oats and yoghurt as well.
Top with some dried blueberries, chia seeds and shaved coconut.
