- Dragon Fruit Chia Seed Pudding (Vegan) -

I’m always up for a chia seed pudding, and this is a perfect way to spice up your chia seed pudding. Not to mention, the colour is amazing. Enjoy <3

Vegan

Ingredients:

  • Dragon fruit

  • Almond milk

  • Gluten free rolled oats

  • Chia seeds

  • Soy Yoghurt

  • Cinnamon

  1. Blend the dragon fruit with almond milk.

  2. Place oats in the bottom of a jar, add chia seeds on top.

  3. Add the blended dragon fruit to the jar, and mix with the chia seeds and oats.

  4. Let it set in the fridge, takes about 30mins

  5. Add a spoon of soy yoghurt on top of the chia seed pudding, sprinkle with cinnamon.
