- Vegetarian Pizza (ready in 20mins) -

You’re here for a reason. You love pizza. So much to the point where you want to know how to make it in case delivery is not available.

Well I’m here to share a recipe that took me about 20mins (including the time for prepping the ingredients and the time in the oven). And you don’t have to make the base, definitely a bonus for lazy people! I just used a wrap as my base, in this case, a wrap made from spinach so it’s lower in carbohydrates. But if you fancy a thicker base, you could use pita bread as the base. Top with your favourite ingredients, and enjoy!

Recipes:

Makes 2 Pizza

Ingredients:

  • 2 spinach wraps

  • Tomato sauce

  • 1 ½ potatoes

  • ½ a red bell pepper

  • ½ a yellow bell pepper

  • Some Lettuce

  • Some mushrooms

  • 2 eggs

  • Spring onion

  • Nutritional Yeast

  • Black Pepper

  • Basil

  • Vegan Cheese (optional)

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C.

  2. Heat the tomato sauce in a pan, season with salt, pepper, and basil.

  3. Boil the potatoes.

  4. Slice the lettuce, mushrooms, and the red and yellow bell pepper.

  5. When the potatoes are done, cut it into small chunks

  6. Put tomato sauce on the spinach wrap, cover with lettuce and the bell peppers.

  7. Top with nutritional yeast, spring onions and vegan cheese if you want.

  8. Add mushrooms and potatoes.

  9. Bake in the oven for 10mins.

  10. Take it out of the oven and crack an egg on top.

  11. Put it back in the oven for another 5mins.

  12. Garnish the pizza with spring onions, black pepper, and basil.
